From the Dealer’s Desk
This is a hand forged ring, hewn of 18kt white and yellow gold.
The design is light and airy, allowing a lot of light into the bottom of the diamond. I like that. The diamond likes it. I know, I asked.
Seriously, the open bottom allows easy cleaning, and also livens the diamond. In return, the lovely light lemon yellow comes through. The stone looks light yellow.
The design is sturdy for daily wear. It's also flat on the side so you can wear it next to a wedding band flush.
BONUS- Diamond studded struts on us. We (I) made a small error on the instructions to our bench.I wanted to keep the ring below $4k, so I intended to use plain struts.But the picture I used to show them the setting had the diamond studded struts (forehead slap).
We ended up with diamond studded struts (a $600 option) - they are yours, on us.
