It's really hard to find sapphires this nice.
It's by no means cheap, but it's reasonable given the size and beauty.
We assume the stone to be heated. Most sapphires are heated in the rough prior to cutting. However, it is still considered natural.
We can find non heated stones. If they look like this one, they'll be double the price.
