Here is a sweet looking natural light yellow pear shaped diamond. The pear is beautifully cut - it's an Excellent example of a "Pear Modified Brilliant", as categorized by GIA. The reason it's called "Modified" has to do with the bottom of the diamond. The cutter places a series of extra facets there to bounce the light around. This helps broadcast that lovely yellow color.
